Trace are looking for a Finance Assistant to join a creative advertising agency based in Central London. We are looking for a graduate with 12-18 months in a finance role. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic environment, reporting into a Management Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
- Client invoice processing (Ad Hoc Sales Ledger)
- Supplier invoice coding & processing along with supplier payments
- Liaising With Suppliers and dealing with external supplier queries
- Reconciliation and processing of company credit cards
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Preparation of payment runs
- Providing remittance advices
- Staff expenses processing
- Liaising with other subsidiary office for expenses and Invoices
- Petty Cash disbursements & reconciliations
- Cashbook maintenance
- Weekly cash flow maintenance
- Weekly & month end bank reconciliations
Key skills/qualifications/competencies:
- 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
