To enable continued growth the business is now looking to appoint an experienced ACA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified finance Finance Manager a role offering progression to senior management.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Supporting the Senior Management Team running the business you will lead and develop a small finance team and will be tasked: with preparing management information and budgeting/forecasting, improving the management information, improve processes and systems and business partner across sales and operations teams to improve performance and facilitate profitable growth. You will also assist the FD with M&A and other strategic projects.
This is a superb opportunity for an ACA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified Accountant seeking progression to Finance Director within an ambitious growing SME business.
IDEAL PERSON FOR THE ROLE
You will be an ambitious finance professional able to demonstrate the following:
- ACA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified Accountant
- Experience of managing finance teams in the production of monthly and quarterly accounts and reports
- Background within Chartered Accountancy Practice or Commerce & Industry
- Some managerial experience and the ability to delegate work and lead a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support and challenge non-finance Managers and Directors on performance
