Financial Accountant - Central London - 60k + Benefits (bonus 10%)Our client, a dynamic start-up up company, are looking to employ a Financial Accountant. As a new business they are looking to expand quickly into the market, with the advantage of a billion pound group behind them they are likely to develop in an efficient manner. As you are, originally, going to be part of a small team you must be extremely self-sufficient with significant experience in Finance and in dealing with funds.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing financial statements, monthly and annual accounts.
* Financial Management reports, forecast/planning.
* Preparing the quarterly fun accounts and daily/monthly NAV process.
* Financial auditing, including liaising with internal and external auditors.
* Advise on tax planning and sort tax issues associated with certain activities.
* Make sure the company complies with all polices (Regulatory/Statutory etc.).
Skills Required:
* Qualifeid Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
* Experience with funds.
* Strong Excel skills (Macros).
* Experience with leading a new company into a golden age.
