CFO

Our client, a Private Equity backed niche software business, who has been experiencing double digit profitable organic growth, is seeking a highly commercial and entrepreneurial CFO. The CFO will partner with the CEO in executing their ambitious yet highly achievable growth plans ahead of a future liquidity event. 

The Role:

As CFO, you will play a key role in leading and managing the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and presentation of all financial results to the Board and recommending them business initiatives and acquisitions from a financial perspective. You will also be making a significant contribution to the strategic direction and growth of the business as well as have responsibility for cash flow management and forecasting, processes and controls, and KPI reporting to maintain an effective finance function.

The Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and will have been an autonomous CFO with experience in software/SaaS. You will have worked in a fast-moving business environment, with a strong force of character to influence business decisions from both a financial and a commercial viewpoint as well as the energy to drive the company through further organic and acquisitive growth. The role will be challenging but presents an outstanding opportunity to work in a growing company with an exciting growth plan.
