Commercial Finance Director

Our client is a privately owned global Digital Marketing and Technology business providing a unique service for customers and users.  The business operates in 24 countries which encompass a broad range of languages, time zones and cultures.  The customers are based across Europe (excluding the UK), Asia Pacific and The Middle East.  The business is c£103m revenue and is on a growth trajectory ahead of a planned exit within the next 2 years.  The Founder/CEO  is looking to hire a commercially focussed Finance Director who has the operational bandwidth to not only oversee all aspects of the finance function but also play a crucial role in commercial contract negotiation and pricing as well as lead a successful exit for the current shareholders.  The ideal candidate will be used to working as a standalone Finance and Commercial Director with the main Board and must have been involved in previous trade sales/exits. This will be a fast-paced role and will suit a high energy, confident and “hands-on” finance professional who is excited by the opportunity to partner a CEO through a corporate transaction.
