The Role 

As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will provide a high-quality service to clients within the Business Advisory Group. 

In this key role, you’ll lead audits for a portfolio of smaller owner-managed businesses, SMEs and UK subsidiaries of large multinational groups. 

Typically, your duties will include: 

- Joining larger audit teams and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard 
- Controlling each assignment, ensuring that they meet agreed budget and timeline 
- Managing the audit team to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard 
- Guiding and supervising more junior members of staff 
- Preparing accounts in accordance with the firm’s procedures 
- A variety of ad hoc consultancy assignments 

About You 

To be considered as an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will need: 

- To be ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience) 
- Substantial audit and accounts experience commensurate with the role 
- Familiarity with IFRS and UK GAAP 
- A strong level of IT literacy, particularly with MS Office, especially Excel 
- Experience with CCH Accounts Production and CCH Audit Automation (Pro Audit)
