Our client, an entrepreneurial, diversified holding company based in Central London, is looking to recruit an Accountant. This is a key role and you will be working closely with the senior management team to influence the business.
You will be responsible for producing statutory and management accounts, liaising with the group auditors, managing the day to day finance matters including recording transactions and VAT returns as well as dealing with company secretarial matters.
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have previously worked in an FCA regulated business. You will also be familiar with debt finance issues including liaising with banks and lawyers. This is a varied and technical role rather than one of large volumes of transactions.
