Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a housing association based near central Manchester in order to recruit a finance assistant on a 3 month basis. This award winning association has been through a number of changes recently and which has lead to a change in structure.
Role:
You will be working within the rents & service charge team and your position will heavily focus on rents. The housing association use an Orchard system and you will work very closely with this.
Duties will include:
- Inputting rents onto an Orchard system
- Completing rents adjustments
- Working with the team in order to clear a backlog of rents
- Input large amounts of data
Person:
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with an Orchard system
- Have worked within rents
- Be immediately available
