A successful and well regarded fashion retailer based in Central London is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This role offers the prospective finance professional the chance to work as part of a wider fashion group, incorporating a number of UK and international brands.
The Role
The Financial Analyst will report to a Senior Finance Manager. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing ongoing support in regards to the 5 year planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Presenting to the board in regards to relevant figures and analysis
- Attending weekly trading meetings to understand the impact of current trade and forecasts
- Undertaking business case work to support investment
- Performing ad hoc analysis to support strategy and key commercial decision making
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a formal UK Accountancy Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
- 1-4 years’ PQE ideally gained within the retail, consumer, leisure or media sectors
- Able to thrive within a fast-paced everchanging environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have an interest in or passion towards building a successful finance / commercial finance career within the fashion sector
Salary and Contract
- £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. + bonus
- Permanent, full time contract
