Finance Manager

Hays Senior Finance are seeking an interpersonal Finance Manager for a rapidly growing tech business.


Your new company
This company are based in Central Bristol in brand new offices. They are an innovating company with exponential growth plans. They are international with offices in London and South Africa however their flagship office being in Bristol. This company provide digital transformation and marketing for companies in various industries.

Your new role
This role is going to be a key part of the business growth plans. As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the full finance department ensuring preparation of financial information to support the business and meet company reporting requirements. This will include the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, the annual statutory accounts, as well as all regulatory and financial reporting requirements according to GAAP, HMRC and any other regulatory body. You will take responsibility for management of a team of 8.

What you'll need to succeed
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), strong analytical and Excel skills, team management experience, experience of working in the IT sector advantageous, experience of Quickbooks Online advantageous.
