Your new company
You will be joining a multinational market leader in their sector who have expanded their business to the UK recently and are growing rapidly. This part of their business has a very large finance team of which they are looking to add to at the moment to bolster it.

Your new role
You will be working within the FP&A and Accounting and Controls teams, your role will include but is not limited to the following key duties:

  • Consolidate information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparation of detailed monthly files and reconciliations
  • Generation of sales invoices and credit notes
  • Support in the resolution of business queries
  • Support debt management
  • Management of queries inbox
  • Support closing monthly accounts ensuring sales and costs are accurately and appropriately recognised
  • Understand variances to budget and forecasts
  • Continually review and improve processes to ensure an efficient approach
  • Preparation of key business reporting - month end reports, client reports, budgets, cash analysis
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any queries and build relationships
  • Preparation of regular business reports
  • Understand key drivers of the business and support in driving business performance
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • You will ensure the health and safety of all colleagues within the business and report any incidents via the approved company processes


What you'll need to succeed
You will be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with strong experience of Management Accounts, you will have held a position in your current team where you are a point of contact for more junior team members. Preferably you will come from a larger sized organisation, a shared service centre type is most relevant. Your experience will have come from a fast paced environment where you have learnt to manage your time accordingly whilst maintaining a top level of attention to detail. If you have been involved in any commercial decisions or in making accounting adjustments you will be in a great position to succeed in this role.
