Finance Manager

As a multi-site Education Services and Delivery group, this high performing multi-site enterprise supports a broad range of independent organisations. On-going investment and ambitious plans have created a 6-month assignment for a Finance Manager to lead the process of reporting financial results to the Senior Management Team and engage the support of all business entities regarding budgets, forecasts and general reporting. A broad and varied brief includes:

•Orchestrate, manage & lead the budgeting & forecasting process end-to-end identifying process improvements & taking ownership of planning system procedures
•Driving financial support to the Senior Management Team & multi-site business entities on financial plans, budgets, actuals & forecasts delivering results on performance
•Reviewing monthly commentaries & ensuring variances are identified & explained
•Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts for senior stakeholders
•Supporting all budget holders in completing forecasts & annual budgets
•Completion of consolidated budget & forecast pack for presentation to the Executive Board
•Supporting the preparation of business cases for major capital & revenue expenditure

As an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with proven financial planning & analysis, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills gained within a dynamic business environment, you will demonstrate hand-on Excel skills, a strong commercial focus and evidence of business partnering key stakeholders. The role demands a self-motivated, proactive individual accustomed to delivering against tight deadlines and supporting the non-finance community. Immediate start.
