We are looking for a finance assistant to join a media company based in central London. Reporting into a Finance Manager, this will be a fast paced environment and you will be providing finance and administrative support to the finance analysts.
Key responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Analyse payables in preparation for weekly/monthly payment run
• Preparation of weekly/monthly payment runs
• Processing & allocating payments/charges from bank rec
• Processing & allocating credit card charges
• Checking & processing of all staff expenses
Key skills & qualifications:
- Degree or studying towards AAT
- 6-12 months working in a finance function
- Good communication skills
- Organised, proactive and confident
