I am currently recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of an exciting and entrepreneurial organisation which has gone through considerable growth over recent years and is set for continued success. This post is not for the faint-hearted and will require an intelligent, driven and energetic character.

Culturally, the business is akin to a new start up where the successful applicant will find themselves liaising with stakeholders at all levels, from presenting to the chairman one day on project profitability to helping with operational planning.
Description
The Management Accountant will provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of all the company's commercial and operational data, and support financial accounting; this will include sales, contribution and full profitability by customer and by category. The Management Accountant will also play a pivotal role across the business on market analysis, new product development and promotion plans. This will be a fundamental role in driving the understanding of profitability through the business, establishing market-leading KPIs and assisting in the overall business partnering function.
Profile
The Management Accountant will be a CIMA-qualified accountant with a sound balance of skills across both financial and commercial. They will also have an excellent eye for detail and display immense pride in their work.
Job Offer
£45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
