Senior Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
A Senior Accountant required by a market leading Real Estate company, based in West London. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in assisting with preparation of management and statutory accounts and to assist with the year end audit and project work.
Essential skills and experience:
- 3+ years post qualification experience
- Experience of producing management and statutory accounts.
- Ability to work to tight
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external
- Experience in the property/investment industry & a commercial awareness an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft
- Experience of Sage Advanced Accounts Production, QUBE, & Cognos an
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Strong team player - helping team members with their workload when needed
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
This is a 6 month contract position paying £350-£400 per day, with the opportunity of working for one of the markets leading real estate companies.
