Finance Manager

Your new company

A national charitable organisation based in the centre of Edinburgh going through a period of change and is looking to bring in a Finance Manager on a temporary basis.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing and running the finance function including monthly payroll, statutory annual accounts, board reporting on management accounts, manage cash flow, banking relationship and funding bids. In addition to this, you will have 2 direct reports.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you'll need to be a qualified accountant, have excellent IT skills, especially with SAGE and Excel. You must have 5 years senior management experience and experience of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. Furthermore, being able to work on your own initiative is key as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
