Finance Business Partner

Venn Group is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a global organisation based in Staffordshire.

Main duties of the role will include:

• Supporting the Finance Manager to review existing and develop new reports
• Business partnering with controllers within the Operations function
• Leading investigations into any variances providing relevant commentary
• Responsibility for the delivery of month-end overheads for all Operations cost centres
• Monitoring and challenging spend to budget/forecast
• Providing support to the Finance Manager delivering the budget and forecast  for operations

Qualifications and experience required for the role:

• Professionally qualified/part qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA)
• Previously worked as a Finance Business Partner role would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and previous man management experience would be beneficial
• Experience in implementing reporting processes
• ERP system experience as well as good Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLookups)
