REED FINANCE are working with a highly successful and high growth SME business to recruit a new permanent Financial Controller.
Managing a small finance team you will also support the CFO with planning the businesses future strategy and growth plans.
The role will have a broad responsibility for Financial, Statutory and Taxation reporting for the Group. Taking ownership of the Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Planning process and the management of the Group's Treasury functions, including cash-flow management, reporting and forecasting in support of the CFO.
The role will also take responsibility for the development of systems in conjunction with the company's consultants whilst supporting both the CFO and the Head of IT.
This role requires a qualified accountant who has all round experience across finance and SME exposure and in return can offer further career development if desired
To be considered for this role you must have experience of manufacturing (ideally hi-tech manufacturing) at this point candidates without this cannot be submitted.
Salary on offer up to circa £65k plus a very strong pension scheme, SHARE OPTIONS and a range of additional benefits.
