Corporate Recovery & Restructuring Manager opportunity within a leading North West Practice offering exposure to a wide variety of formal insolvency cases and long term career progression to IP / Director.

THE COMPANY

An independent full solution practice with a significant North West presence and strong links with Accountants, Lawyers, Banks and Asset Based Lenders.

The practice provides SME and Mid-Market Corporate businesses with a full range of Corporate Advisory solutions including Turnaround & Restructuring, Corporate Finance / M&A and formal Insolvency procedures.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Manager within the firm you will gain exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency cases and have the opportunity to progress your career to IP / Director longer term.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team of Insolvency Administrators and ensuring they progress cases through to closure in accordance with statutory requirements
• Managing a caseload of formal insolvency cases including Liquidations (CVL's, MVL's), Administrations (Trading and Pre-Packaged) and CVA's.
• Dealing with all daily aspects of cases from initial instruction through to closure.
• Supporting Directors on Accelerated M&A transactions with regard to distressed businesses.

THE PERSON

You will be a Corporate Insolvency professional able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience of Corporate Insolvency work (minimum 5 yrs)
• A desire to develop your experience within corporate insolvency and advisory work and progress to Senior Management level within a leading Mid-Market Corporate Recovery practice.
