Head of Data Analytics

A highly established fintech organisation focusing within consumer lending are searching for their next Head of Data Analytics to lead all things data!

In terms of the role brief, you will be responsible for setting the overall Data direction and strategy for the organisation, building out the team and wider business capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Setting the long term vision and strategy for all data driven decision making
• Work alongside the CTO to define direction and tools/technology
• Work alongside the CEO and the Senior Management Team to decide how to measure and evaluate the business model, objectives and strategies.
• Own and maintain company wide MI reporting framework
• Own the strategy and execution of our customer value analysis, end-to-end performance models and strategic insights
• Become a subject matter expert in my clients customer lifecycle, performance funnels, data tracking and the governing business logic of their platform

Core Experience Requirements:

• Strong experience working with an array of BI tools, experience working with Looker is highly desired
• Experience building and developing teams
• Solid experience owning the BI strategy
• Solid hands on experience: SQL, SAS, SPSS, R/Python desired, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
