My Client is a leading & instantly recognisable highly respected PLC. As the business continues to transform its central finance function, they are now seeking a Head of Record to Report to lead their core accounting function.

Your new role
As Head of Record report you will lead a large team of Qualified and Part Qualified accountants who will take ownership of the balance sheet & ensure that the data is of the highest quality. Reporting in to the Director of shared Service, this is genuine high profile role that will lead to a number of progression opportunities. You will be tasked with driving the function forward, ensuring the team is 'best in class' and continuously improving processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a previous background in technical accounting & an understanding of complex group structures. Previous exposure to team management is also essential.
