Finance Business Partner

A local employer of choice in the Pharmaceutical sector are looking for a senior level Finance Business Partner to join them for a full-time, permanent role. They are a high-growth, AIM listed Plc based in Cambridge and are currently on an exciting growth curve.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your key responsibilities and objectives as senior Finance Business Partner will include:

• Playing an influential role in the Global FP&A team;
• Partnering with Senior Business Stakeholders and senior Commercial Management;
• Overseeing value added analysis and scenario planning in order to support both operational and strategic decision making;
• Responsibility for the performance management of Opex for Portfolio and Business Development and Consumer Experience Directorates; and
• Ensuring an understanding of commercial impact of spend. 

Required skills, experience and qualifications

The successful Finance Business Partner will be graduate calibre and qualified (ACCA/CIMA). You must also demonstrate:

• Extensive commercial experience;
• Proven track record in delivering high level support to business leaders; and
• The ability and gravitas to influence critical business decision making.

Salary

The Finance Business Partner will be offered £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, DOE.
