Strategic Financial Analyst

Always wanted to consider a start-up, but unsure about the risks attached? I have a fantastic opportunity within a new division of one of our rapidly-growing, global Insurance clients, based in the City of London, for a commercially minded, ambitious Finance Analyst who can adapt through a period of significant growth. The business aims to triple in size over the next two years, so they will require you to have similarly aligned career aspirations.

 

The successful candidate will be comfortable with developing a broad skill-set, ranging from forecasting and planning to developing systems and processes from scratch. You will be comfortable liaising with offices all over the world in order to consolidate the performance figures. The role will require the ability to adapt and change to a fast-paced environment, as you review and shape the finance processes and implement improvements to global productivity.

 

You will be:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  
   
• Experienced in process implementation and/or improvement, ideally within Insurance
  
   
• Commercially minded, with a strategic approach to everything you do
  
   
• A strong business partner, with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing, global environment
