Our client, a PE-backed services business based in Coventry, is seeking an experience Interim Group Reporting Manager for a period of 6 months initially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the Group consolidation and relevant Group reporting
- Assisting with the Year End and audit process
- Assisting with the financial consolidations system selection and implementation
- Driving best practice and automation whilst ensuring a robust financial control environment
- Leading and developing a small team
- Supporting the CFO on imminent business transactions
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting ability
- Proven experience of multi-currency and multi-entity Group consolidations
- International business experience
- Experience within a PE-backed environment and/or exit experience would be beneficial
- Previous M&A and acquisition accounting experience would be beneficial
Daily Rate: £500-650 per day
Location: Coventry
