Project Finance Manager
Central London
£65,000 - £80,000 +bonus + package

A national Infrastructure business and leading name in the market looking to recruit a Project Finance Manager to take full responsibility of budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a large £1bn joint venture project they are undertaking. The successful candidate will be expected to business partner with key Directors to maintain a cost effective programme.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Analysis of key financial performance metrics harnessed by the business and joint venture partners
*Act as Key business partner with Project Director to ensure accurate cost management throughout the programme
*Play an active role in the annual business planning process
*Develop thorough and robust reporting and monitoring of the joint venture profit and loss account
*Manage the joint venture budget and forecast process ensuring timetables are met in a timely manner
*Lead and manage a team of 5 accountants
Candidate profile:
*Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with demonstrable experience providing cost management to large infrastructure projects
*Excellent analytical and business planning skills
*Strong business partner experience
*Good level of knowledge on key accounting principles - IFRS / UK GAAP
