Investment Analyst

French Investment Analyst - European PE real estate. OUR CLIENT is an ambitious, well-capitalised, pan-European specialist investment company. It is an exciting time for this client as they grow and look to expand further looking to the future and as they increase their deal flow and pipeline in France, they now seek to appoint a dedicated French speaking investment analyst (1-3 year) to join their London team. The successful incumbent will have an exceptional opportunity to help grow a business and gain excellent market exposure.

THE ROLE: will include (but are not limited to):

• Working alongside the origination / deal principles and supporting them throughout the whole acquisition process.
• Completing full analysis and financial modelling.
• Undertaking due diligence, underwriting and executing transactions.
• Analysing new acquisition opportunities for current investment mandates.
• Preparing investment memorandums and reports.
• Completing detailed market analysis and research.
• Compiling and completing reports and presentations of investment opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE: The selected candidate must be a fluent French and English speaker and possess at least 1-3 years relevant commercial investment experience (ideally in France) and possess very strong analytics and technical skills and will know what it is like to work hard in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will energetic and commercial and will have gained practical exposure of managing deal executions and investment appraisals. This person will be hard-working, entrepreneurial and be prepared to work in an ambitious and experienced team. The person should have strong communication skills, very strong analytical and technical skills and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, investment-driven environment.
