Finance Manager

This successful business who have a long standing reputation for quality and service are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. You will have overall responsibility for Month end reporting with the help of a small finance team. The role will include:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and schedules for the group
• Preparation and entry of all monthly journals including prepayments, accruals, fixed assets & stock
• Preparation of financial information for internal reporting on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Provide support in the annual budget & forecasting process
• Maintenance of the sales ledger including setup and monitor customer credit accounts
• Manage recharges between Group companies
• Maintain customer data using Sage & CalWin systems
• Reporting to HMRC including the VAT Return, Intrastat & EC Sales
• Management of members of the Team within the Finance Office

Ideally you will have worked within a retail/FMCG environment and be qualified or part qualified. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior management and operational functions.
