My client, an international manufacturing business are looking to recruit a new Site Accountant.
Reporting to the Site Controller, this is a new role that has been created due to the expansion of the UK business and this particular site. It is an exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop the role.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of the monthly management accounts for multiple sites
Accruals, prepayments and journal entries
Management of the fixed asset register
Budgeting & Forecasting
Variance analysis
Business partnering with non finance senior managers and supporting their decision making
Providing financial input to a range of business wide projects / initiatives
Assisting with the year-end process
Essential Criteria:
Qualified ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
Previous experience of Manufacturing
Strong communication skills
