Interim EMEA CFO

Our international wide-spread organisation require an Interim CFO for 3-6 months initially. The organisation requires a turnaround due to its underdeveloped nature, in terms of the finance function and strategic direction. You will be required to enter the business and rapidly determine its needs, in terms of people, processes and systems. The development of a full team and cyclical budgeting/forecasting processes will be within your remit in order to mature the finance function to a professional, robust standard. You will liaise regularly with the deal teams to ensure all shareholder requirements are achieved, whilst ensuring full control and governance around shareholder demand in terms of cyclical performance reviews etc. You must be internationally mobile and have demonstrable experience spanning European countries and cultures to drive financial professionalism and manage shareholder interest.
