Your New Job
You will be an experienced and competent Credit Controller, responsible for the collection of cash from customers within their agreed payment terms. You shall proactively monitor the sales ledger to identify those clients who become overdue and chase overdue debts on a continual basis by telephone, letter and email.
In addition, you will prioritise the collection of debt by value and client’s payment profile, despatch monthly statements and send reminder letters and copy invoices if required. You will liaise with associates in regards to any credit control issues regarding their respective clients.
You will settle any issues to the satisfaction of the client, including tracking information, producing credit notes and reconciling accounts. You’ll also be monitoring cash received on a daily basis, taking client credit card payments and processing refunds.
Finally, as a Credit Controller, you shall continually support and contribute to the team, achieving a world class status, knowledge, skills and experience.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is looking for a knowledgeable Credit Controller with a proven track record of collecting outstanding debt and working towards targets. Ideally you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience and be someone who relishes working in a fast paced and energetic environment; you’re an excellent problem solver with the ability to think on your feet. Your ability to deliver customer service will be second to none and you’ll possess an excellent telephone manner.
