Finance Director

I'm currently working with a large Further Education College in the West Midlands to recruit a Finance Director on a permanent basis. The College has grown rapidly over the last few years and requires a strategic Finance Director to support the delivery of their ambitious plans for the future. The role will manage the finance team and oversee budgeting and forecasting, production on the annual accounts including audit, delivery of monthly reporting and ensure robust financial control.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience operating at a strategic level in a complex organisation. You will have experience of improving systems and processes and developing a team. Experience in the education sector is desirable.
