International Retail business based in the West Midlands require an Interim Finance Director for 6-12 months. This is a key role, where you will support the EMEA leadership team following a period of change, whilst driving the financial performance of the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team, with overall responsibility across FP&A, Management Accounting and Business Planning
- Business partner with operational and commercial leaders, evaluating new opportunities and highlighting risks
- Oversee all monthly close and cyclical forecasting/budgeting activity
- Ensure all processes are SOX compliant and provide a robust level of control across the EMEA function
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Experience of operating at Finance Director level within an international, matrixed business
- Strong blend of technical and commercial acumen to drive process improvement, whilst working closely with commercial teams
- Demonstrable resilience within an ambiguous and often fluid environment
