Site Finance Business Partner

Exclusively working with this established FMCG business within Norfolk. I am pleased to recruit a pivotal role within their finance function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational accountant to work within a fast paced business as it transitions through a period of change - of which you will be instrumental.

As the operational finance lead on site, you will work closely with the plant leadership team, striving for continuous improvement, challenging and adding value across the manufacturing plant.

The focus within your role will include; the delivery of key performance indicators, cost control of overheads, driving delivery projects, monthly management accounts, product line analysis, budgeting and forecasts, staff management

This is the role is for a driven operations business partner who thrives in a position where adding value is the focus, you will bring an energy and passion to the role drawing on previous experience to challenge and drive new initiatives with the support of a like minded Financial Controller.
