Following a period of unprecedented growth, this central London based PE backed FinTech business is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Management Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a team of 2 with full responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts.
In exchange for your skills and expertise, you will join a fast-paced and dynamic business with ambitious future growth plans providing excellent opportunities for progression and development.
Responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for preparation of monthly management accounts
- Management of a team of two with scope to grow the team in the next 12 months
- Assist with preparation of monthly flash forecasts and annual budgets for the Group
- Act as a Business Partner to budget holders across the organization providing key decision support
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures to support growth
To meet the requirements of the post you will be:
- A qualified ACA or CIMA accountant with approximately 1-4 years relevant post qualified experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong academic record
- Energetic, driven, professional and ambitious.
