Production Accountant

I am currently recruiting for an award winning production company who are famous for making high end documentaries. They have recently worked with Netflix in releasing a first series and are now looking at a second series . This role will be based in their central London office and be on a part time basis for an initial 6 months. Due to their continued growth it is possible that the contract will be extended. They are looking for a Production Accountant to lead the team on this series managing all aspects of finance for the production crew. You will develop and maintain the financial control and reporting systems necessary to maintain budgetary control over the production while critically analysing production budgets and suggest and implement cost control measures where appropriate. You will champion best practice across the production and partner with production. As this role is looking to start in January only candidates on a maximum of 2 weeks notice will be considered.
