Senior Associate Finance Business Partner

Working in the Commission’s finance team, you will assist in implementing and strengthening our financial management practices. This very collaborative way of working requires you to play your part to ensure we improve accountability, streamline our processes and ensure our ways of working are flexible and responsive enough to support the Commission’s programmes, projects and strategic aims robustly. The role will provide a high quality; customer focused Finance Business partnering service to the Commission’s Networks. Proactively engaging with Senior Managers you will support the delivery of the financial strategy and key financial goals through the provision of high quality financial management, financial control and planning and advice and support.
Based in Manchester the successful candidate will be required to travel to the Commission’s other offices (currently London, Cardiff and Glasgow) on a regular basis.
To be successful in this exciting yet challenging role, you will be qualified or part-qualified working towards full qualification at the appropriate level (CCAB) and be able to demonstrate experience of working as a Financial Business Partner.
You will be required to demonstrate our core skills of leadership, delivery management and stakeholder engagement as well as certain knowledge, skills and experience.
