Blusource Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on a temporary to permanent basis for a SME business based in Northamptonshire, easily commutable from Kettering, Market Harborough and Corby.
Overseeing a group of different companies, we are looking for a hands-on Accountant who can sort out issues and implement better processes and procedures. Whilst you will be overseeing a small team, we are looking for someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the detail including a lot of reconciliations. You will have good knowledge of Sage, PAYE and ideally have CIS experience and exposure to the construction industry.
The role is on a temporary basis with the option of going permanent in the short to medium term.
