A highly successful PE backed telecoms business is seeking an energetic and intelligent divisional Finance Director to partner with the CFO and divisional MD in order to support the continued success and growth of the business.
Reporting to Group CFO and leading the divisional finance team you will be taking full responsibility for the finance function for this highly autonomous division as well as acting as a key business partner for the divisional MD. A key part of the role will be working to transform and overhaul the finance function in order to optimise systems, processes and controls as well as taking full responsibility for the management of the finance team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with previous experience as divisional FD or FC in a large group. An extensive background in implementing systems, processes and controls is required. Experience in telecoms is advantageous but not essential. Candidates who are available immediately or at short notice are highly desirable.
