Business Analyst

Client

Well respected housebuilder who is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to operate as an integral part of this well-established team.

Role

Your role will primarily be focused on preparing the region's monthly reporting (P&L, BS and cashflow forecasting) as well as providing support to the commercial teams.

Duties will include:

• Weekly cash / sales reporting
• Preparation of day 1 Flash forecast for review by FD
• Processing of monthly affordable valuations and raising associated invoices
• Reconcile monthly revenue
• Responsible for all Balance Sheet reconciliations and maintenance of Balance Sheet accounts
• Preparation of IFRS land discounting calculations and forecasts
• Preparation of monthly customer service cost report
• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
• Preparation of monthly accounts and drawdowns
• Preparation of financial statements, including liaison with auditors
• Analyse overheads
• Prepare information for board reports
• Liaise with group on consolidated monthly accounts.

Person

You will be a fully qualified accountant with excellent problem solving skills who thrives in working to tight deadlines. You will be a highly motivated individual with the capability of dealing with people at all levels.

Offer
