Group Accountant

Group Accountant job based in West Sussex, paying up to £57k

Your new company
You will be working for an exciting and innovative blue chip company which is a household name, based in stylish offices in West Sussex.

Your new role
You will be responsible for establishing, operating and controlling the group financial accounting processes under IFRS for the Sales, Marketing and Loyalty divisions. Additionally, you will be the lead accountant providing oversight, coordination and technical accounting expertise for highly complex projects, as well as complex accounting arrangements within the group operational accounting team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a technically strong qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, along with the ability to articulate technical accounting subject matter to a non-finance audience. You will enjoy being challenged by interesting projects and able to manage process improvements in several accounting areas. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation and an analytical mind are also prerequisites of this exciting opportunity.
