Senior Finance Business Partner

The Senior Finance Business Partner will provide critical, commercial support to a number of senior stakeholders throughout the business.

Senior Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Preparing quarterly budgets and forecasts in accordance to the Group FP&A timetables
• Identifying business opportunities and risks to ensure strategy is in line with overall business objectives
• Acting as a trusted partner and ensuring that finance is at the heart of all major decision making.
• Optimising decision making by providing accurate, commercial information
• Influencing key stakeholders and driving efficiencies and cost improvements
• Providing assertive long term strategic advice and direction
• Implementing new KPI targets
• Monthly variance analysis reporting with insightful commentary, highlighting any risks to budget
• Conducting monthly balance sheet reviews 

The successful Senior Finance Business Partner will have demonstrable partnering skills and the ability to challenge and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels including C-Suite executives. Key prerequisites include:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
• Broad experience in senior finance roles in a growing and/or complex businesses, including financial control, business partnering and FP&A
• Previous experience of working with senior level stakeholders up to board level
• Experience of producing investment appraisals
• Complex financial modelling
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, highly motivated Senior Finance Business Partner to join this organisation on a 18 month fixed term contract.
