High-growth VC-backed technology disrupter

Up to £130,000 plus equity

This is a first-time CFO appointment for a very exciting and market leading business in early growth stage, backed by tier one venture capital firms.

The CFO will be responsible for all financial matters and the financial integrity of the business in the UK and its overseas operations.

Described as a ‘game-changer’, in joining as CFO you will work with the rest of the senior leadership team to develop the commercial strategy, put in place a finance structure of your design to support the ongoing growth and lead on fundraising activities through actively marketing the business to investors.

What we need:

• Significant experience in a high-growth/start-up technology business
• Experience of fundraising through venture capital
• Hands-on attitude with proven communication and management skills.
• Proven capability to business partner with sales, marketing and commercial teams
