We are working in partnership with our client to add to their established finance team, where individuals will become an integral part of the business helping to deliver the strategic growth plan of being a major rival to the traditional providers in the market.

The Role

Working within the commercial finance team you will be responsible for providing a highly effective financial business partnering service for the business. Through understanding the key drivers of the business area, you will support and challenge how opportunities can be optimised, and also generate financial insight on customers enabling data driven decision making for the business.

This is a key role within the business where you will need to have the communication skills to set targets, monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure employees are engaged and committed to performing effectively.

The Person

As a qualified Accountant you will have the practical experience of working in varied management accounting roles, utilising financial applications and the ability to create strong relationships across all levels of the business. With an organised and methodical approach, you will also be able to view challenges as development opportunities, and have a commercial understanding of how the business operates.
