Strong bookkeeping skill set
Preparation of month end journals and support the group month end process
Review and analysis of group P&L and preparation of month end reports
Provide support to the general ledger team
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Providing financial support to Group Stakeholders
Preparation and review of VAT returns and liaise with local accountants/advisors as required.
Review and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheets of subsidiary companies and liaise with local accountants, providing support where required.
Provide support to local advisors to prepare annual filings and corporation tax returns for branches and subsidiaries.
Responsible for Group level cash flow forecasting
Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts
Ad-hoc projects as required
Administration and maintenance of the system for the finance department, to include new user set up, creation of account codes etc.
Support the finance team in developing and improving the monthly reporting output.
*Competent in MS Word/Excel and Outlook.
*Organised, self-disciplined and able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
*Proactive and flexible approach, willing to contribute to the development of the department
*Good attention to detail
*Strong desire to look for ways of improving processes
*Committed to developing own knowledge and skills
