A top 10 Accountancy firm is experiencing a period of sustained growth and has instructed Sharp consultancy in a search for a recently qualified or part qualified Transaction Services Executive for its team in LeedsA qualified or part qualified accountant is ideally required, most likely ACA, CA or ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS) with client facing due diligence experience. A sound commercial understanding beyond the financials is highly desirable, as are analytical and report writing skills. Ideally your experience will be from a quality firm of accountants working across numerous transactions including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, disposals and funding.
You will be working as part of a well-established and respected team reporting directly to Managers and Senior Managers. With an established portfolio of work you will be hitting the ground running with lots of chances to progress.
