The Opportunity

Due to changes in their reporting, our client requires interim assistance to ensure changes are implemented successfully into their SAP system. Responsibilities will include:

• Improving automation of process, controlling and correcting source data and working closely with the site finance team to maximize the use of source ERP data
• Manage and complete specific improvements around actual and forecast reporting of financial data
• Identify source data issues and put in corrective action to fix
• Creation of process guides to ensure changes and improvements are documented

The Person

• Advanced skills in Excel, Access and SAP critical
• Ability to manage and understand the linkage between multiple ERP systems
• Knowledge of BFC reporting tool would be useful
• Ability to understand requirements and turn into deliverables
• Proven ability to improve processes

In addition to this you must be an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to liaise at all levels. You will be organised and proactive in your approach with a "can do" attitude as this is a critical assignment for the client to ensure continuity in their reporting processes.
