Finance Business Partner
London
From £50,000
As a Finance Business Partner you could be working with our Product, Operations and Quality teams. You’ll need to be qualified and able to partner at a senior “heads of” level, providing cost transformation and other business critical guidance. So your financial and business partnering skills must be second to none.
Or you might focus on revenue and profitability, in which case we'll need someone who is highly analytical and a great modeller. You might be part qualified, but you must have experience of revenue forecasting in high volume sales businesses, of profitability work, and of identifying and auctioning actionable insight.
About the Finance Business Partner role:
In addition to providing financial expertise, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Building, maintaining and influencing key stakeholder relationships
- Developing trust such that you become a valued advisor to the respective departments, where part of your success will be measured by positive feedback from the teams
- Ensure accounting accurately reflects business activity
- Own the risks and opportunities for your business area and ensure it has suggested actions to mitigate or maximize.
About you:
As well as your proven financial skills, we need:
- An insatiable appetite to understand and get under the skin of the business and deliver improvements
- A personable approach to financial management and the ability to build effective business relationships at all levels of the organisation
- The ability to present information in an easily understood fashion and therefore influence - often at the most senior levels
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and modelling skills
- The ability to “own” and solve problems for your colleagues
- An open, honest and positive attitude with a can-do mentality and high energy levels.
