We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced PMO Assistant to join our exciting new business. What an opportunity to build something new & be part of the project to deliver with world class in-house financial services function!

Up for the challenge?!

Your project experience will support the Project Lead in managing all project documentation, including the project plan. Your expert administrative skills will enable you to proactively manage & control all invoices & purchase orders for the project, monitor, advise & escalate on any risks or issue management that may occur.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of project change control, to include the use of configuration management systems & impact assessment. You’ll influence the project through capturing, guiding & advising on project management governance, project files, supplying actual & forecast data along with understanding processes & tools to support the project team.

Having an understanding of the importance of highly effective administration is key, taking ownership of scheduling, room booking, taking minutes for complex project meetings & other governance activities across the project.

Sounds like an amazing project to be a part of doesn’t it?

Like any project role there are some essentials we would like you to have...

We would need you to demonstrate your comprehensive knowledge of a project lifecycle & understanding of project team structures backed up with strong knowledge of financial shared service centres & Open Accounts (if you have experience of Open Accounts previously).
