Finance & Commercial Director

£80,000 - £100,000

London

A unique organisation delivering a technology solution that plays a pivotal role within the UK Healthcare system is looking to identify a qualified and experienced finance professional, able to undertake a broad spectrum of activity supporting the CEO, Non-Exec Board and stakeholders.

The new Finance Director will provide leadership and direction to the finance function ensuring that all reporting and budgeting processes are appropriate, effective and supported by relevant systems in order that the organisation continues to operate in a financially prudent manner.

Working closely with the CEO, the Finance Director will play a key role in developing medium and long term strategic plans for the organisation. This will include assessing options for future funding arrangements, as well as exploring commercial opportunities in the form of partnerships, joint ventures or mergers.

As well as being a hands-on and diligent finance professional, the new Finance Director must be commercially minded and possess the credibility to represent the organisation and develop positive relationships with senior figures within the healthcare and technology industries.

Whilst some sector knowledge (NHS and/or the independent healthcare sector) would be an advantage, applications are welcomed from other industries, particularly those who have a background in digital environments. This role is potentially suitable for individuals looking for their first Finance Director position.

Please reply in confidence enclosing your CV and current remuneration details to: HSLondon@howgate-sable.com if you would like to be the new Finance Director
