A leading pharmaceutical company based in Oxford are seeking an Interim Head of Financial reporting.
This is an high profile role within the organisation and requires a qualified accountant with a high degree of technical competence. You will have extensive experience of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and improve the companies consolidated reporting process. Working together with the CFO and FC, you will run the month end close.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of significant audit risk areas.
- Managing the external audit process.
- Line management
